Savvas was friendly. He offered fantastic suggestions that enhanced my trip (his local insights were invaluable). the room looked exactly like it did in the photos. the neighborhood had a captivating nighttime ambiance. i'd happily return for another stay. The rooftop garden was a nice surprise.
The lack of reception after 5:30 pm was inconvenient. I felt a bit stranded when i needed assistance in the evening.

faulty ac unitabsent staff
The air conditioning was allegedly functional , but it clearly had other ideas. I mentioned this to the staff a few times , and they said someone would address it, but nothing happened. Later , the air conditioning gave up entirely and my room became a sauna. There was no one at reception after 5:30 PM , so I was on my own with the faulty AC unit.

The location is ideal. It is very central. It was easy to reach many attractions by foot from here. Taxis also provided easy transport to places. The rooftop garden was a lovely space. I enjoyed drinks there at night. The room was completely super clean and beautiful.
A minor thing, I noticed that there was just one small issue, the ice machine was empty when I wanted to make a drink.

the air conditioner did not work since i walked in. i kept complaining about it since i checked in. i was assured it would be taken care off, but it was not. no one manages the reception desk after 5:30 pm.

The air conditioner didnt work from arrival. I complained about the AC situation multiple times. I never receive help when the AC stopped at 11pm. No one manned the reception desk after 5:30 pm. This heat and humidity created unlivable conditions.
